HR Intern

Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation materials) Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks, as needed Support HR projects such as employee engagement, training programs, and policy updates Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling) Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn Previous internship or administrative experience Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
