Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Virtual Therapy Sessions: Engage with clients through video conferencing, offering individualized assessments and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

  • Managing Caseload: Independently manage your client caseload, deciding how many hours you would like to dedicate; whether it’s as few as 5 hours or building up to a full-time caseload of 40+ hours per week.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to discuss treatment strategies and refer clients to additional resources as needed.

  • Utilizing Therapy Tools: Take advantage of our extensive library of therapeutic resources and tools available on our platform to enhance your practice and deliver quality care.

  • Documentation: Complete brief session notes through our streamlined platform, minimizing paperwork and focusing on effective client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse, ranging from families and couples to individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who have been screened for suitability, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic experiences without the administrative burdens typically associated with insurance and funding sources. Our patient population spans various demographics, enabling you to apply your unique expertise and therapeutic styles.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
  • \n
  • No disciplinary actions or sanctions on your license.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage maintain professionalism in both client and administrative interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • A salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
