Primary Duties At the IDD Education Center, our student associates support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with their academic, independent living, employment, and health and wellness goals. Our Center is currently hiring for drivers in the IMPACT Innovation program. IMPACT Innovation offers adults with significant communication, behavioral, and sensory needs a year-round program that includes lifelong learning, healthy living, and vocational exploration through an inclusive experience on the UC campus. Drivers use University vehicles to transport associates to and from their homes and UC's campus Monday - Friday morning and afternoon. We currently have 4 routes around the Greater Cincinnati area. Drivers must have a valid US driver's license (international driving permits are not applicable). Driver hours: 7:00AM-9:15AM; 2:30PM - 5:00PM.

Additional requirements: High School Diploma or GED Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or a secondary school. Enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours if at a post-secondary institution), except for summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term. Must be at least 16 years of age.
