Estate Planning & Probate AttorneyA growing law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth preservation, trust matters, and probate administration.ResponsibilitiesDraft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documentsAdvise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategiesConduct client consultations and develop customized estate plansRepresent clients in probate and estate administration mattersAssist with informal and formal probate proceedingsPrepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and other court documentsGuide personal representatives, executors, and beneficiaries through the probate processHandle estate administration, including creditor claims, asset distribution, and resolution of estate-related issuesAssist with trust administration and contested or complex estate mattersReview and update existing estate plans as neededCollaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionalsMaintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal guidanceQualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the state bar3+ years of estate planning and/or probate experience preferredStrong knowledge of trusts, estates, probate, and estate administrationExperience handling probate filings, court proceedings, and estate administration preferredExcellent drafting, communication, and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive compensationBonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysIf you are a motivated and skilled Estate Planning/Probate Attorney looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and innovative environment, I want to hear from you!
