We are looking for Receptionist and Dental Assistant F/T with knowledge of Dentrix software. Dental Assistant must at least have 1 year of chair-side assisting experience. Must have strong communication skills and teamwork attitude. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Positive demeanor and professional appearance. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our office opens on Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat. Good benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

Receptionist:

- Duties range from greeting patients warmly as they arrive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that puts patients at ease from the moment they step into the office.

- Checking patients in & out, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, check insurance eligibility and claims, and taking payments.

Dental Assistant:

- Dental Assistant assist doctor with dental procedures

- Take Digital X-rays

- Explain treatments and answer patient questions to ensure comfort.

- Prepare patient, sterilize and disinfect instruments & etc.

- Take impressions and pour model/fabricate night guard and dentures

- Basic housekeeping chores
