What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of AI data projects, from scoping requirements to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage large teams of specialized contractors (annotators) under tight deadlines to meet project demands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs, fostering daily communications and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Manage project finances, quality control, and data delivery, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, employing creative problem-solving to address high-priority client requests effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in a high-intensity operational role, ideally within a technology or data-focused environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating high agency and self-starter qualities.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality results.
- Experience in recruiting and managing teams, particularly in a project-based context.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and data management practices, particularly in relation to OpenAI.
- Experience working with clients in a startup environment, adapting to rapidly changing needs and priorities.
