The Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working as a Field Engineer at a construction site.
• They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.
• An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Mobile, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
• Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
• Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments. Being able to communicate with subs and vendors and being able to identify and help solve any discrepancies.
• Knowledge of Submittal/RFI/Change process/Purchase Orders.
• Willing to wear a hard hat, boots and safety glasses (PPE) for field coordination/craft communication and daily field walks.
• Willing to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment.
