Crisis Intervention Specialist
Chestnut Health Systems
Chestnut Health Systems is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Specialist to deliver intensive, recovery‑oriented mental health services in homes, shelters, and other community settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary ACT team to promote stability, independence, and wellness for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of supervised mental health experience or a Master’s degree with <1000 hours supervised experience. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, EMR) are also required. Travel to community sites is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
