CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to perform white glove quality inspections and touch-up cleaning to ensure our properties consistently meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in noticing the small details.

SCHEDULE:

• July 23rd and 24th from 1:00pm-5:00pm
• July 25th 9:00am-5:00pm

PAY: $12.00 Per Hour

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed "white glove" inspections of cleaned properties.
• Identify and correct any missed cleaning items.
• Perform touch-up cleaning as needed, including dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning.
• Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas meet company quality standards.
• Report maintenance issues or property damage promptly.
• Complete inspection checklists accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
