In this position...

We're looking for a dedicated and analytical Demand & Supply Analyst, to join our Advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) MP&L team! In this crucial role, you'll be the bridge between anticipating customer needs and ensuring we have the right products available, at the right time and place. You'll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and translating those forecasts into feasible supply plans. This involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations teams to balance inventory levels, meet service level targets, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
