Position: Estimator Project Manager

Estimator Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the estimating process
- Develop accurate cost estimates for projects
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections


Estimator Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Strong background in construction estimating
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail


Estimator Project Manager Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
