This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who can independently diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems while delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)Perform preventive maintenance and system inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsEnsure compliance with electrical codes and safety standardsTest systems and ensure proper functionalityCollaborate with other trades and project teamsRequirementsPrevious experience working as an HVAC Technician.Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.Strong commitment to safety and quality.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)Experience in commercial or large-scale projectsExperience with preventive maintenance programs.Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects.No slow seasons – steady year-round workDispatch support (less admin, more earning)No micromanagement – we trust skilled techsHigh earning potential with bonus structureFast-growing company with leadership opportunitiesScheduleMonday–FridayOptional overtimeRotating on-call schedule (extra pay)Compensation & Benefits$25–$45/hour based on experienceWeekly performance bonusesOvertime available year-roundCompany vehicle + gas cardPaid time off + holidaysPaid training & certification supportUniforms providedCareer growth into Lead Tech / Field Supervisor
