We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support by assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Meet established customer satisfaction and response time goals. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
