Senior Client Manager

This role is for a seasoned client management executive who will serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for our largest national accounts (in the health plan space), playing the lead role in managing our Pyx Health platform implementation (in collaboration with a dedicated implementation manager), sharing ongoing data insights from the platform, and ensuring our clients see value in our loneliness solution. The role involves partnering with senior health plan executives (including but not limited to Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, VP Product Development &Corporate Innovation) to implement our tech-enabled platform. Daily, the role will work with a project sponsor and key leaders across behavioral health, population health, care management, and other contributing departments to drive depth and breadth of use of the platform and leverage data to identify new areas of opportunity. Importantly, this role will specialize in building expertise and comfort presenting the data that our platform generates back to our clients, especially our senior executive teams. With support from our analytics team to measure the data - this role would involve not only understanding the information we are collecting but also help shape and build the compelling 'so what' and narratives out of this data that we are so excited to share. Ultimately, the client manager works with health plan leaders to identify and overcome systemic obstacles to social isolation, loneliness, social determinants of health needs, and overall member engagement in the health plan. Primary Responsibilities: Implementing Pyx Health platform: Manage the end-to-end relationship with health plans utilizing the Pyx Health platform-based solution from initial onboarding to platform implementation, through user trainingPartner with Pyx implementation led to ensure execution and completion of data, regulatory, and care management implementation workstreams and project milestones set forth with the clientPartner internally with Pyx implementation lead and technical/data support staff to ensure smooth Go Live of our technology platform Driving Client Impact Identify and develop communication cadence with client project team (monthly check in calls, semi-annual data reviews) to share client success and ongoing milestone achievements including member-centric impact stories of how Pyx Health Platform serves patient/member needsMonitor and fine-tune reporting and referral workflows, facilitate ongoing data exchange for member outreach with client (in partnership with Pyx data teams), and advise on relevant enhancements to configured app experience based on client needPrepare for, lead, and facilitate client discussions and meetings both via phone and in personCreatively source, develop, and share out innovative strategies to help drive utilization and impact of the platform (for ex. marketing tactics, member/patient population list expansion)Continuously measure how effectively Pyx Health platform supports health plan's business goals on an ongoing basis Contributing to Renewals and Cross Sells Monitor client satisfaction, manage continuous improvement process and assure Pyx Health platform is meeting their needsTriage, report, address and communicate next steps for client needs, issues or product gapsIdentify expansion opportunities within current client base and support sales process (where applicable)
