Learning Consultant Position Summary The Learning Consultant serves as the central contact for learning initiatives within MPC, performing training needs assessments, analyzing optimal deployment methods, and designing, developing, coordinating, scheduling, and implementing training content to provide a consistent learning experience across the organization. Responsibilities Evaluate training needs and assess training programs with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met. Develop and deliver in‑house training programs, classes, exams, and evaluations; act as primary point of contact for vendor training to develop course content and curriculum. Create and manage instructional materials, manuals, guides, and job aids; collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical and role‑specific training is accurate, relevant, and compliant. Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires; manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation. Solicit feedback for and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for assigned areas, collaborating with stakeholders to meet training compliance deadlines. Maintain training records and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies; support audit processes by ensuring timely availability and accuracy of training documentation and qualification records. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two (2) or more years of related experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Travel up to 40%.
