(Wednesdays are remote) What You Will Do Manage day-to-day operational activity for assigned customer accounts using internal technology and reporting tools. Monitor the movement, status, and availability of customer shipments or equipment throughout the operational lifecycle. Investigate system-generated exceptions, identify potential issues, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Communicate with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely and accurate execution. Maintain accurate account information, operational records, and customer updates. Respond to customer questions and provide visibility into active operational activity. Review account performance, utilization, or service data during recurring customer discussions. Build the operational knowledge and client-facing skills needed to take on greater account ownership over time. How You Are Qualified You are an early-career professional or recent graduate interested in building a career in operations, customer service, or supply chain. You learn quickly and are comfortable adapting to new systems, terminology, and processes. You bring a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and the motivation to grow within an expanding organization. You are highly organized and able to manage detailed information accurately. You can recognize when something is not progressing as expected and take initiative to help resolve it.
