Warehouse Associate / Forklift OperatorWe are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization activities. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy while assisting with inventory counts, location corrections, receiving, and material movement throughout the warehouse. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiativesReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsPull and prepare customer orders for shipmentCorrect inventory locations, retag materials, and recount inventory as neededOperate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials safelyInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organizationEnsure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all timesFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practicesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExperience with order picking and inventory countingForklift operating experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shiftStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory control, or material handlingProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processesExperience with cycle counting, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliationExperience using warehouse management or inventory tracking systems
