We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who wants to learn to grow as a Listing Agent inside a fast-paced and productive real estate environment while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving communication skills, and learning how to create consistent listing opportunities alongside experienced agents.

You will learn to manage seller conversations, improve pricing and presentation discussions, and build confidence during listing appointments through real experience and daily activity. Working alongside productive agents, you will gain exposure to proven systems, consistent follow-up strategies, and the habits that help create long-term momentum in real estate.

This environment is focused on growth, accountability, and learning through action. You will continue developing your ability to build relationships, manage listings, and operate within a structured process that supports consistency and stronger production over time.

$160,000 at plan

• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Has a real estate license
• Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
