Role Description The Sales and Leasing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Muncie, IN. This role is responsible for showing available residential units, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and presenting property features and benefits clearly and accurately. Daily tasks include responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, preparing and processing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration in coordination with property management. The agent supports resident move-ins and renewals, maintains detailed records in the property management system, and collaborates with onsite teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals. The role also involves delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, addressing resident questions, and representing MiddleTown Property Group’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and processing leasing documents accurately.
• Experience in residential leasing and property management, with the ability to manage multiple units and prospects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, professional demeanor, and responsiveness to resident and prospect needs.
• Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, and ability to maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Solid time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Fishers, IN, including some evenings or weekends as needed for showings and resident support.
• Prior experience in real estate, multifamily housing, or a sales-focused role is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
