The Opportunity – Commercial Area Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Commercial Area Supervisor to lead, support, and develop our commercial electrical field teams. This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk role. As an Area Supervisor, you’ll be in the field alongside our Foremen and crews, helping remove obstacles, improve performance, maintain accountability, and ensure projects are executed with excellence. You will oversee multiple commercial projects by supporting the planning, manpower, quality, safety, and execution of each job. Your role is to equip our field leaders with the resources and guidance they need to succeed while helping develop the next generation of leaders at Kasper Electric. You’ll coordinate directly with Project Managers, Field Leadership, General Contractors, vendors, inspectors, Foremen, and electricians to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of craftsmanship. Take ownership of multiple job sites and drive progress with urgency Lead, coach, and develop Foremen, Leadmen, Mechanics, and Apprentices Build strong relationships with field teams, customers, and contractors Communicate clearly with Project Managers, vendors, GCs, and field personnel Have strong knowledge of electrical code, construction methods, and commercial electrical systems Are proactive problem‑solvers who can adapt and make decisions in real time Can identify issues before they become problems and bring solutions Understand manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and job execution Ensure quality control and company standards are maintained across all projects Promote a culture of safety and accountability on every job site Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Have experience leading commercial electrical crews and projects Have 7+ years of commercial electrical experience Have experience as an Electrical Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role Successfully managed multiple crews or projects at the same time Can plan, implement, and achieve project goals within expected timelines Understand labor tracking, productivity, schedules, and project profitability Are passionate about mentoring others and developing future leaders Thrive under pressure and know how to keep projects moving forward Take pride in building strong teams and delivering quality work Character Qualities We Value In addition to your skills, we’re looking for team members who align with our core hiring values: What We Value Love – We care for our people, our clients, and our work Excellence – We do the job right, every time Growth – We are always improving in our craft and character Stewardship – We take ownership of what we’ve been entrusted with Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience Commercial Area Supervisor Job Type Full‑time | In‑person | South Florida 401(k) with 4% company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Company vehicle/vehicle allowance based on position requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Kasper Electrical Inc
