CARE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Care Managers (Caregivers) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you have a heart for helping people maintain their independence and dignity while providing care with compassion and respect, we would love to have you join our team. What You’ll Do As a Care Manager, you will provide in-home support and companionship to individuals in our community while helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Mobility assistance Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with errands and community activities Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team Creating meaningful connections with clients and families through compassionate care Travel Requirements This position requires travel between client homes throughout the shift. Care Managers must have: A valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current auto insurance The ability to safely travel to multiple client locations as assigned What We’re Looking For Caring and compassionate attitude Dependable and professional work ethic Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Experience in caregiving preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Must pass background checks as required Why Join All Embracing Home Care?
