Vascular Sonographer

Description We are looking for a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join our outstanding team at Medical Vein Clinic in Stone Oak! The RVT is expected to share our commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care with exceptional customer service. The RVT is expected to demonstrate technical competency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing the needs of patients and maintaining an efficient workflow. Responsibilities Performs lower-extremity venous and arterial ultrasound studies in an outpatient clinical setting Provide quality images to assist the physicians in determining the best patient care (includes completing detailed reports and drawings) Confer with the physician to determine if additional images or information is required Document results of ultrasound evaluations and record the preliminary report in EMR Maintain patient confidentiality, HIPAA and OSHA compliance Maintain a safe, healthy, and organized work environment by following the highest quality care standards Adheres to policies/procedures of organization Ability to maintain regular attendance is an essential function Attend meetings as required Requirements Successful candidates should possess: RVT ARDMS certification required or eligibility Excellent scanning skills Excellent communications skills Ability to multitask Prefer 1+ year experience with venous and/or arterial studies Outgoing personality Positive outlook "CAN-DO attitude" Open to constructive directions Flexible TEAM player Diligent hard worker Efficient and reliable Strong ethical standards Exceptional caring for your patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
