Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned. Ensures proper reports and logs are being compiled accurately by Surveillance Operators. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude toward customers and fellow team members. Show a genuine enthusiasm for working in the hospitality/casino industry and/or working with the public. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned.Position Requirements: Must have two years of Casino Surveillance experience. Must have working knowledge of all components of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to certify the completion of a job or task. Ability to behave with integrity at all times. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with varying situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Must be able to work with positive and negative numbers. Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. Verify right to work in the United States. Work Cards Gaming. Physical Requirements: Required to sit for long periods of time. Use hands to hold tools and/or equipment required for position. Lift or carry up to ten (10) pounds. Reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Potential Conditions: The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
