Job Title

Sovah Danville is seeking a full-time Lab Care Field Representative to perform duties associated with the delivery, pick up and distribution of various types of information to assigned destinations.

Position Summary:

Sovah Danville is seeking a full-time Lab Care Field Representative to perform duties associated with the delivery, pick up and distribution of various types of information to assigned destinations.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivers and returns clinical and business information, picks up supplies, and distributes to the appropriate destinations.
2. Follows procedure guidelines or consults with Team Leader to answer questions concerning testing and specimen requirements.
3. Maintains and checks supply inventory; alerts Team Leader of excessive ordering of supplies by clients; fills client supply orders and ensure delivery the next business day.
4. Maintains standing monthly orders for clients with in-house labs.
5. Handles client printer problems, i.e. returns broken printers, orders replacement parts.
6. Assists with problem solving to maintain on-site client services; provides preventative maintenance on client centrifuges.
7. Assures timely maintenance is sought on all facility vehicles.
8. Maintains courier routes and revises as necessary for client satisfaction.

Minimum Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Licenses:

• Current Virginia driver's license with no restrictions.
