RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
About Our Agency State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
- Must have Maryland Property & Casualty license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
