This role supports account performance by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure service quality standards are metInspect properties prior to service and develop action plans to address site needsMonitor irrigation systems and landscape conditions to address issues proactivelyEnsure proper use, maintenance, and storage of equipment and toolsSupport scheduling, staffing needs, and daily crew assignmentsAssist with employee training, performance management, and developmentMonitor job costs, materials usage, and operational efficiencyEnforce safety standards and support a strong safety cultureQualificationsMinimum two (2) years of experience in the landscaping or grounds maintenance industryAt least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead teams and coordinate multiple prioritiesKnowledge of landscape operations, equipment, and safety practicesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as neededAbility to pass a background checkBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysEqual Opportunity StatementBerman Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
