Neuroscience Sales Specialist - (Greater Springfield, MA) Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to engage healthcare professionals and promote neuroscience treatments in the Greater Springfield, MA territory. The role involves developing clinical expertise, executing territory plans, and fostering customer relationships while supporting patient-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals using customer-specific approaches aligned to practitioner priorities and patient outcomes
- Develop expertise in neuroscience portfolio including clinical knowledge to support territory priorities
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans focusing on business outcomes
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, tailoring messages and resources to each role
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MS, MBA, or PhD preferred
- Three or more years of healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
- Structured sales approach with customer needs adaptation skills
- Account planning and territory management experience
- Trust-based relationship building and clear communication abilities
