The team performs radiologic and CT exams across the Main Campus and Satellite Clinics in compliance with safety and quality standards.Mission for PositionTo provide safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate medical diagnoses, enhances patient care, and maintains departmental efficiency.Duties & Responsibilities* Maintain compliance with ARRT standards and radiation safety regulations* Perform diagnostic radiology exams* Perform a variety of patient lab draws and lab tests* Interact professionally with patients and staff* Collaborate with team players to complete tasks* Process imaging and report requests* Schedule patients and answer department phone* Critically think in a dynamic workspacePosition Type This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm at our satellite clinics. Weekend, evening, and holiday rotation is not required.## QualificationsQualifications* Graduate of an accredited school of radiology (24-month course or equivalent).* Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) – RT(R), RT(CT), RT(M), RT(MR), etc.* Maintain required continuing education units (CEUs) per ARRT standards.* BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.Ideal Candidate * Demonstrates attention to detail in patient care.* Practices strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare staff.* Prioritizes safety, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.BenefitsLakewood Health System is growing and looking for great people to join our mission of providing personalized, quality healthcare for a lifetime.
