HR Generalist

Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures Assist with employee relations matters and performance management processes Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave tracking Assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience preferred Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of $55,000 – $65,000, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) Supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
