Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, addressing personal history, presenting concerns, and relevant risk factors.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges and promoting emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to effect positive changes in clients' lives.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to foster personal growth, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate effective coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, applying de-escalation techniques and determining the need for higher levels of care when necessary.

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to enhance team collaboration and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW position is focused on providing services to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of California.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, ideally within a mental health or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
