WHAT YOULL DO
- Draft and format documents with accuracy and polish
Handle heavy phone interaction with confidence and professionalism
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and callers
Learn the legal process in a hands-on, real-world way
WHO YOU ARE
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone
Strong communicator with great follow-through
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn quickly
No legal experience required, well train the right person
PAY & DETAILS
- $20 $29 per hour, depending on experience and skill
- 401(k) with match after one year
