Restaurant & Operations Manager Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions. Interact with guest‑service focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development. Live our core values and lead others to do the same while collaborating with the management team to achieve high‑quality and timely results. Qualifications 21+ years of age. 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience. Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor. Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience. True leadership capabilities. Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
