What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for laboring and birthing patients
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
• Assist with delivery procedures and postpartum care
• Document patient status accurately within electronic health records (Epic)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow hospital protocols and standards for safety and quality

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 2+ years' experience in Labor & Delivery
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Skills in IV starts, fetal monitoring, and emergency response
• Epic electronic medical record systems experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
