Production Technician Summary The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting CSI's manufacturing operations. This position involves hands-on assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our high-quality product lines. Shifts & Pay Rates 1. 1st Shift: $16.00 / hr | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2. 2nd Shift: $17.00 / hr | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Includes $1.00/hr premium) What You Will Do & Who We Are Looking For No experience required! We provide full hands-on training. This is perfect for detail-oriented individuals or anyone with a background/hobby in crafting, sewing, electronics, or fine-detail tasks. 1. Perform seated assembly of small components using small tools or equipment. 2. Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and high quality. 3. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to meet daily production goals. 4. Must have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a reliable work ethic. 5. Must be comfortable sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods. Strict Employment Requirements Because we manufacture high-quality defense and law enforcement security products, all hires must meet these federal and safety standards: 1. Pass a pre-employment drug screening & continuous random drug testing. 2. Pass a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) criminal background check. Key Responsibilities 1. Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods, depending on the task. Preferred Experience but Not Required 1. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, packaging, or similar production environments. 2. Background in fine-detail work such as crafting, sm ll-part assembly, or precision tasks. 3. Familiarity with quality checks or basic inspection processes.
