Electrical Superintendent (Traveling)

Overview BHI is looking for an Electrical Project Field Superintendent to serve as the primary on-site authority for our project in Riverton, Wyoming . In this role, you will direct all electrical construction activities, manage field labor, and ensure strict compliance with project specifications and the National Electrical Code. The wage range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour , depending on experience, and includes a standard schedule of Monday through Friday with possible Saturday work, totaling 50 to 60 hours per week . This full-time position offers per diem and requires travel as needed to ensure project success. Responsibilities Direct all electrical construction activities on the project as the primary on-site authority. Manage field labor and ensure compliance with project specifications and the National Electrical Code. Coordinate with project management and field crews to meet established deadlines. Travel as needed to ensure project success. Qualifications Typically 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction with prior supervisory experience. Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Strong blueprint reading and project planning skills. Proven proficiency in managing a non-union field labor force.
