As an Access Control Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage production location by verifying employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records; issue and collect access credentials as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
