OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Full-Time | Santa Fe
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing locally owned business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks. We are looking for a person who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and is comfortable asking questions when something doesn't look right.
Responsibilities
• Receive, organize, and track vendor invoices
• Review invoices, charges, and supporting documentation with ownership
• Follow up on discrepancies, missing information, billing questions, and special situations
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and team members
• Track projects, orders, and outstanding items through completion
• Maintain organized records and files
• Assist customers and provide administrative support as needed
• Help improve systems, processes, and organization throughout the business
• Communicate issues promptly and proactively
