Supervisor of Business Product Management Join to apply for the Supervisor of Business Product Management role at Arizona Public Service - APS The Business Product Management Supervisor supports strategic product development across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise priorities. Leads a team of product managers in delivering impactful digital and operational solutions. Communicates product vision and objectives, supports portfolio planning and tracks progress towards measurable objectives (OKRs). Collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and end users to develop scalable, customer‑focused solutions. Encourages a focus on delivering value through outcomes, not just outputs. Contributes to building a strong product management practice by mentoring team members, promoting innovation and driving consistent execution across the product portfolio. Minimum Requirements A four‑year bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics or other related field from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of experience in business solution development and delivery, including experience leading or coordinating teams. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of college coursework and/or directly related experience in business solution development and delivery equaling seven (7) years. Preferred Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications Experience in agile product development, including Scrum practices and backlog management. Skills in stakeholder engagement, customer journey mapping and data‑informed decision making. Effective communication with strong organizational and analytical skills. Self‑motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value. Experience in product lifecycle management, change management, training and enterprise implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with digital technologies such as automation, mobile platforms and data visualization. Understanding of federal and state regulations relevant to business operations.
