Join Our Team as a Houseperson / Houseman – Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Houseperson (Houseman) to support our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel delivers the best experience for every guest. If you enjoy being active, working behind the scenes, and making a real difference, this opportunity is for you.

Position: Houseperson / Houseman
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:

Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Remove trash, vacuum, and keep storage areas organized.
Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special needs.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus (training provided).
Ability to lift, push, and carry items throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Willingness to assist in different housekeeping tasks when needed.
