Temp to Hire

Day Shift: 7:30am - 7:30pm

• A Shift: Sunday–Wednesday (Week 1) / Sunday-Tuesday (Week 2)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, store, and transport materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production lines while following established safety procedures.
• Transport materials to designated storage and production areas to support daily operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Accurately scan, track, and document inventory movements using warehouse systems or paperwork.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure materials are properly staged for production or shipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while meeting productivity expectations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and material handling as needed.
