Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery (Contract)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 05:30 AM - 04:00 PM Call Requirements: Approximately 2-4 call shifts every 4 weeks On-call weekends: 0700 - 0700
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will have pre-op and post-op experience, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing various procedures.
- Monitor patients' conditions and administer medication as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in on-call rotations as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Previous Outpatient Surgery unit experience preferred.
