Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location : Hilton Head Island, SC

EAC Heating & Air is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized in a busy environment, and working closely with both office staff and field technicians.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience through professional communication, efficient scheduling, and strong attention to detail.

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with service requests
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments efficiently
• Dispatch service technicians according to availability and urgency
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
• Provide follow-up communication and updates to customers
• Assist with billing support, job tracking, and administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or office administrative experience
• Experience in HVAC, trades, or service industries is preferred
• 1–2 years of ServiceTitan experience is preferred
• Sales background is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling a fast-paced workload
• Familiarity with office software and scheduling systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
