We're looking for a Shop Manager to lead a team of carpenters and fitters, oversee daily shop operations, and keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support shop employees
• Assign work and manage production schedules
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Track materials, tools, and inventory

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a fabrication, carpentry, or fitting environment
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Open to overtime as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
