How you’ll make an impact in this role Caregiver Support: Partner with leaders as a clinical resource to improve patient outcomes. Identify strategic opportunities to enhance quality and safety metrics. Professional Growth: Collaborate on gap analyses to develop staff skills and competencies. Data Synthesis: Aggregate and interpret safety data to drive clinical practice improvements. Analyze clinical research to develop modern practice guidelines. Implementation: Lead Evidence-Based Practice projects and update clinical order sets. Clinical Mentor-ship: Conduct unit rounds focused on real-time coaching and staff development. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
