Role Description The Fire Service Technician — Hoods & Extinguishers — will be responsible for maintaining and servicing fire protection systems, including kitchen hood systems and fire extinguishers, ensuring that all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations. Daily tasks include performing inspections, troubleshooting system issues, conducting repairs, and completing required documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. The role may also require interacting with clients to educate them on fire safety practices and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Current Texas FEL-K are required. Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair of fire protection systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Field Service experience, including onsite system evaluations and upgrades Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach Knowledge of safety codes and regulations related to fire systems is preferred Flexibility to work on-site and manage varying job tasks Relevant certifications in fire system maintenance and repair are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Fire Protection Service, Inc.
