What You'll Do
- Perform MRI scans for diverse patient populations, including general, outpatient, inpatient, and ICU settings
- Operate Siemens Avanto MRI scanner with precision
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Float between Mercy Coon Rapids and Mercy Unity campuses as needed
- Occasionally assist with IV starts and other general radiology duties
What You Need Required:
- ARRT-R certification and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- Ability to work on-call every Wednesday night (11 PM 6:30 AM) and every third weekend
- Proven competence in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and ICU settings
- Experience with Siemens Avanto scanners
- Flexibility for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Preferred:
- Prior experience in teaching or trauma hospitals
- Strong patient communication skills
