Management and Program Analyst

Job TitleManagement and Program AnalystJob DescriptionAs a Management and Program Analyst, you will:Perform studies and utilize findings from analyzing the TROR reports and or other Debt Servicing & Financial Solutions related systems (i.e. Treasury Offset Program, FedDebt, etc.) to develop specific business recommendations for senior-level agency officials that will enable the successful implementation of Debt Servicing & Financial Solutions, OMB, and agencies' objectives.Conduct independently and as a team member a variety of projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program administrative and operational policies and procedures related to the mission of the organization.Develop and coordinate new and or revised policies and management methods for senior management review consideration and evaluate program administration and achievement of management objectives to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and policy guidance.Manage the production of briefings for the branch manager, and division director on issues related to debt collection programs. Develop background papers, materials and prepares follow-up questions regarding debt management program policy issues.
