Join Our Team as a Pet Parent Concierge at Bay Paws Pet Resort - Trinity!

Are you passionate about pets and love creating exceptional customer experiences? At Bay Paws Pet Resort - Trinity, we’re dedicated to providing top-notch care for pets while ensuring their owners feel confident and supported. Located in New Port Richey, FL, we’re looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Pet Parent Concierge (Front Desk) . If you’re ready to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families, we’d love to hear from you!

As the first point of contact for our pet parents, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pet parents and their furry friends with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with payment processing and providing receipts.
• Communicating important information between pet parents and our team.
• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and professional.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has a passion for animals and enjoys working in a pet-friendly environment.
• Is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills.
• Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
• Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.
• Is dependable and works well in a team-oriented setting.
