If you're energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve their smile goals, we'd love to hear from you!What We Offer:Competitive pay that reflects your experience and dedicationA supportive and collaborative work environment built on teamwork and respectOpportunities for continuing education and professional growthA state-of-the-art facility featuring the latest dental technologyComprehensive Benefits: Full-time employees receive access to a complete benefits package so you feel valued and cared for.Key Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresLead and support back-office daily operations to ensure efficiency and flowTrain, coach, and mentor dental assistants on clinical protocols and best practicesEnsure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standardsOversee operatory setup/breakdown and instrument sterilizationTake and review diagnostic X-rays as neededManage clinical supply inventory and ordering within budget guidelinesSupport schedule flow to maximize productivity and minimize downtimeProvide patient education and ensure a high-quality patient experienceSchedule:Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: OFFEvery Other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PMSummer: 1/Sat a month: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMQualifications:3+ years of Dental Assisting experience requiredProficiency with iTero or similar scanners a plusFamiliarity with Dentrix or similar dental software preferredSkilled in making temporaries and assisting in restorative proceduresStrong knowledge of sterilization and infection controlReliable, punctual, and dependable with reliable transportationFriendly, energetic personality and a true team playerIf you're ready to take the next step in your dental assisting career, apply today and join a team where your skills and dedication truly matter!
