Independent planning and implementation of improvement projects in all functions in the business Expansion and optimization of the supply chain in cooperation with purchasing and sales Development and standardization of business processes (e.g. CIP, 5S) Evaluation and implementation of employee ideas from an economic point of view Implementation of lean workshops (e.g. Kaizen, value stream mapping) and coaching in Lean/Six Sigma as well as first-level support for NAVISION in manufacturing and logistics Coordination and documentation of NAVISION topics as well as process alignment on the shop floor Development and further development of key performance indicator systems and digitization of production Cooperation with quality assurance to avoid errors What do we expect from you? Degree in business administration or comparable training Experience in the implementation of improvement projects in the production environment Knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, Six Sigma and ideally NAVISION Ability to moderate workshops and training courses Analytical thinking and economic understanding Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team in an interdisciplinary environment Proficiency in German and Englisch, at least C1 level Initiative, structured way of working and hands-on mentality What do we offer you?
